  My family lived in this complex for 6 years. We had multiple encounters with ghosts. In apartment 27 A, a little girl on two occasions appeard in the bathroom to me, wearing a long nightgown standing on her tippie toes next to me while I was brushing my teeth. The 2nd time she pulled my shower curtain open while I was showering...scared the hell out of me! My daughter who was 4 at the time, would be terrified of the bathroom when the water was running and would scream whenever she was alone in there. One time i was in the laundry room and a floating black mist appeared and it was so startling I dropped everything and ran to my apartment crying hysterically...and never went to the basement again. My 2nd apartment in that complex was 107 b, and both my husband and i saw and felt on multiple nights a tall man standing in our entrance in front of the door...just watching us. Other than ghost encounters, the rent was decent priced and management was excellent. Watch out for the storage rooms downstairs...ours was broken into on multiple occasions and hundreds of dollars worth of tools and belongings was stolen. So if ghosts don't bother you...not a bad place.

  Had black mold issues in all rooms. All management did was 1 month later PAINT OVER IT. They told me they had to wait till enough people called to get a contractor out. Cheep apartments with cheaper management.
