  As an business owner and employer, do not use the Paychex Insurance agency and especially do not use Guard for your workers comp. Everything these 'sales' people tell you is a lie. They say you will not get audited / adjusted as they take out the exact amount based on your weekly payroll. These are both lies. The slimy sales person rated my employees incorrectly causing a big surcharge. Then when I cancelled they kept taking the weekly from my checking account for over a month. There is limited return communication with these people. Stay away from them.

  Poor Service from tthese insurance agency. We are working with person called Daniel Benson to get HSA information and to transfer my prev HSA to current medical plan HSA account so that i can contribute through my payroll. we did not get response for year and finally they said we will not be able to do it. They will chase you until you have insurance with them so that they get commission.
